It's all in a Day's work

“Good work, today”.

“Yes, nothing is more satisfying than a hard day’s work”. “Penelope, will have a hard time working out the kinks in my arm, tonight”.

“Hey, the guys are getting up a dice game, you in”?

“No, I need to get going, I’m tired and hungry”. “Penelope, will be waiting dinner on me.” “She sure can cook. I get my fill every time I eat one of her meals.”

“You’re a lucky man”. “How is she in her other wifely duties, if you know what I mean?”

“Like you said, I am a lucky man”. “She satisfies my every need”. “Hey, you want me to finish up this last job.”

“Naw, looks like it is finished.”

“You know He died well for a Jew.”

“Yeah, I bet that didn’t set well with some.”

“Oh well, need to get home while the weather is holding, been a bit strange today”.

“Don’t forget, we have two jobs tomorrow”.

“Good work, good home, what else can a man need?”

He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Isaiah 53:11
